The meeting was called to order at 1:00 p.m. by chairman, Steve Keller.

The minutes from the MASC meeting last year were approved.

Officers elected for a two year period were: Robert Carotenuto, Chair; Michael Kirchner, Vice Chair.  Webmaster, Steve Keller.

There was no additional business.
